Me and my husband stay here for about 5 day's. And I love it here.. because of cleanest and good attitude of workers here..you most try it now☺️😍

I booked two nights in the Aurora branch. And here are my experiences at Sogo Hotel. We transferred thrice to different rooms due to; 1. The first room (executive room) was stinky and dirty, and the AC is not cooling properly. 2. The second room we transferred to was better than the first one, but the AC remote control is not working well and the AC fan was too noisy. So, we transferred again to the other room. 3. Finally, we found the room that suited us to what we paid for. At last, I start sleeping at 2 am after the exhausting journey and room transferring. 3 things need improvement in the Aurora branch. 1. Clean and mop the floor, and spray an air freshener in the room to assure that when the guest enters the room it smells fresh. 2. Check and inspect the AC, bathroom, and other facilities before accommodating guests. 3. Be sure that the hotel hallways smell fresh. It was stinky and the carpet seems old and not well vacuumed. Hopefully, the management value my comments for the improvement of Sogo Hotel.

The location is great and i got free parking. The deluxe room is spacious with clean sheets, towel and slippers but the room smells cigars, AC located over my head was loud and not cold. The maintenance guy came and looked at it but said he cant do anything since its on the coldest level. Overall, i didnt sleep well

Updated review: Rooms are outdated and need renovation but staff is friendly and professional. Room rate is low for a 10 hour promo. TV was fuzzy and unclear and wasn't working properly. Cold aircon. Hot water does work. Bed and sheets clean. Food hot and fresh. Overall I would stay again, but I prefer sogos which have updated rooms which are not so old.

I stayed in a few Sogo Hotel Branches and all were clean, had the warmest staff and personel I've met and is generally convenient for an overnight stay or two. This one is the Executive Room and was fairly nice. Up to par with good cleanliness standards and the video will probably tell the rest. It costs between 30 to 45$ per night. There are hourly rates available as well.

Aside from being known as a short time hotel, Hotel Sogo is pretty decent. The room was averagely clean. We stayed on a deluxe room for 2 days and it was comfortable. The room had 2 tables so we were able to work. Room service was okay, some of the staffs were probably just tired so they were a bit grumpy sometimes but the food was great. Highly recommend their sinigang pork or hipon it was both 10/10. You get what you paid for at Hotel Sogo.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and well sanitized. Room service staff will respect your privacy, the food is a little bit pricey. But, all and all it is a great hotel.
